Penny Vita-Finzi

Penny started Alpha Employment Solutions over twenty years ago.  She has extensive experience in talent marketing, human resource practices, talent sourcing and recruiting at a variety of levels. 


Prior to following her entrepreneurial dream of operating her own business, Penny worked for the Provincial Government.  She is as passionate about providing the best recruiting experience for candidates and clients as she was twenty years ago. 


She takes pride in ensuring placements are a strong match for all parties, and believes in long-term, respectful relationships with clients and candidates alike. Her expertise includes research, interviewing, sourcing, and recruitment of personnel from entry level to the corporate level.  She provides exceptional customer service, insight and strategies to support client needs.

Alex Vita-Finzi
Director- Compliance and Sales

Alex has completed a distinguished career with the Ontario Provincial Police as a Sergeant and Senior Investigator in the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau. 


His background and expertise include: investigations, regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, corporate and background investigations. 


As a Director for Alpha Employment Solutions, he provides extensive interviewing skills, linguistic services (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian), research analysis and investigative expertise to Alpha Employment’s recruitment process. 


His professional experience enhances the recruiting process, assists in vetting candidates and provides a thorough and confidential investigative service for clients.  

Praveen Ahuja
Sr. Manager- Business Development

Praveen graduated from the Victoria University of Technology (Australia) in 2002 with a master’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting, Finance and Marketing.

As a professional in the Call Centre Industry with 20 years of experience, Praveen brings insight from call center operations, Business Development, Peoples Management and customer services. He has built a successful career around his abilities to access and anticipate business requirements, identify innovative strategy and deliver tailored solutions to drive profitability and performance.

This experience allowed him to gain expertise in client interaction, data analytics and most importantly to discover that his passion lies within people interaction surrounded in a fast-paced environment.
